TRANSFER PROCEDURE / REQUIREMENT
Seller (Transferor)
- All outstanding due to be duly settled.
- Must return car park labels (2pcs) and membership card(s), including spouse’s and children’s. If lost, must attach declaration letter.
- Share certificate must be duly completed. The Club will not be held liable should the form be wrongly completed.
- Transfer fee of SGD3,300 for Foreign Membership or RM5,600 for Malaysian Membership will not be charged if the share is transferred within 1 May 2005 – 30 April 2010.
Buyer (Transferee)
- Share certificate must be duly completed and signed. The Club will not be held liable should the form be wrongly completed.
- Must complete the ‘Application for Share’ form.
- PDS form to be duly completed.
- Submit 4 coloured passport-sized photographs for each of the family members (children below 12 years old need not submit).
- Photocopy (front and back) I/C or passport of principal member and spouse.
- Stamp duty fee payable by cash, bank draft or credit card. For every RM1,000 transacted price, the stamp duty fee payable is RM13.00.
An administration fee of RM500 (cash, bank draft,
credit card only) will be charged. Bank draft must be made payable to AUSTIN HILLS COUNTRY RESORT
BHD".
- Accounts Deposit of RM800.00 to be paid in CASH
Note:
- The processing of the transfer application will take about 7 working days from the date we receive the application. The Club will not be responsible for any delay caused due to lack of any of the above.
- All cash and / or credit card payment to be made directly at the Club. The transfer will not be processed until payment is received.
