- Advanced booking is required, subject to availability. Members may book up to 2 weeks in advance while non-members may book up to 1 week in advance.
- Austin Hills reserved the right to cancel or extend the valid period of promotion without further notice.
- Golfers shall be subjected to the Rules & By-Laws of the Club.

- Subject to 5% Government Tax and RM3.00+ insurance
- Open to all golfers playing at Austin, Resort or Hills Course on the designated promotion days.
- Advanced booking is required, subject to availability. Non-members may book up to maximum 1 week in advance.
- Only 2-ball flights will be eligible for the promotion rate, failing which normal weekend golf rates shall apply. Guest accompanied by member shall enjoy the promotion rates (no minimum required)
- Use of Buggy is COMPULSORY
- All golfers must produce valid handicaps, failing which the Management reserves the right to remove any golfer who is unable to keep the pace of play.
- Austin Hills reserved the right to cancel or extend the valid period of promotion without further notice.
- Golfers shall be subjected to the Rules & By-Laws of the Club.
